Internship follow-up generator

The annoying part of the internship is the follow-up notebook. Every week we have to specify what we did in class, and inevitably fill all this by hand is extremely tedious. The promotion organized itself to hold a google sheet and one person is designated each week to fill the notebook for the week. The goal of my app is to generate a pdf from this sheet. So I made an app in Python that generates and compiles a LaTeX document from the sheet's data. We take into account other parameters such as an introduction, or annexes and we get this :
